Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Days 2–4: Dhyan Yoga Course (Kathmandu)

3-Day Intensive Course led by trained Acharyas from Nepal and India

Curriculum based on teachings of:
- Buddha’s Eightfold Path
- Patanjali’s Yoga
- Osho's “Zorba the Buddha”
- Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs -
Meditation techniques drawn from Sufism, Buddhism, and Vedic Sanatan Dharma

Interactive discussions, meditation practices, and asanas, 4 sessions per day

Special focus on deep samadhi through exploration of Divine Sound (AUM)
Day 5: Early morning travel to Chitwan- sight seeing

Drive along pristine Trishuli river, through the Mahabharata hills to reach World Natural Heritage site of Chitwan National Park.

Day 6: Jungle Safari and sight seeing
and afternoon travel to Lumbini via Butwal

2-3 Hours Hike to Australian Camp

Traditional Nepali dinner and night stay at a family run lodges in the hiking trail. Rooms are available on twin shared basis.
Day 10: Stay in Australian Camp with activities on meditation and community

Explore local trails, culture, and cuisine in the foothills of Annapurna Himalayan Range viewing Mount Mount Dhawalagiri (7th Tallest mountain in the world 8167 Meter) and Annapurna
Day 11: Extra day around Australian Camp and Dhampus

This extra day activity will be decided based on the interest of participants. Participants will have option of

Hiking and returning to Pokhara in the Evening
OR -
Returning back to Pokhara in the Morning for exploring the city and other adventure activities such as Kayaking in the Lake, Paragliding, Cave watching etc.
Day 12: Travel back to Kathmandu

Morning Reflection Session on the 2 weeks journey and way forward for continuing meditation and participating in higher level meditation program

Travel back to Kathmandu via scenic route along the Seti, Marsyangdi, and Trishuli River

Farewell Dinner
