Terms and Conditions

1. Trip Details

We offer a 13-day guided trip through Nepal. The itinerary includes transportation within Nepal, accommodation, meals, and activities as outlined in the program.

 

2. Price Includes

• All in-country transportation as per the itinerary


• Accommodation during the 13-day trip


• All meals mentioned in the program


• Guided activities and entrance fees as stated in the itinerary

 

3. Price Does NOT Include

• International flights to and from Nepal


• Visa costs for entry into Nepal


• Personal travel insurance (mandatory for all participants)


• Vaccinations and any required medical preparations


• Personal expenses (souvenirs, extra snacks, drinks, optional activities etc.)

 

4. Travel Insurance

All participants must arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested before the trip starts.

 

5. Visa and Documentation

Participants are responsible for obtaining a valid visa for Nepal and ensuring that their passport is valid for at least 6 months after the trip ends.

 

6. Health and Vaccinations

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary vaccinations and meet any health requirements for travel to Nepal.

 

7. Flights

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to and from Nepal. The trip starts and ends in Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport).

 

8. Changes and Cancellations

• Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the cancellation date relative to the trip start date.


• Changes by Organizer: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

9. Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee.


• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.


• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of total trip cost.


• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 

10. Liability

We will do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. However, participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking this trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

12. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.


• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the trip start date.


• Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
