Passport Requirements

To enter Nepal, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Visa Requirements

A visa is required for all travelers to Nepal.

While visas on arrival are available, we strongly recommend arranging your visa in advance to avoid delays and ensure a smooth arrival.

How to Apply for Your Visa

You have two options:

1. Apply through the Nepalese Consulate in Amsterdam

2. Apply online for a convenient e-Visa from home

You’ll receive detailed instructions and an application form by email.

Important Notes

• Your visa will be issued as a paper document with a QR code (no sticker in your passport).

• Apply on time — but no more than 6 months before your planned entry into Nepal.

• E-visa applications are processed after payment is received.
