Tara Prasad Panthi is a leadership and development professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the USA, working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and social transformation.

He has led large-scale public-private-producer partnerships, built inclusive digital ecosystems for rural entrepreneurs, and coached young professionals and executives through immersive leadership and educational programs.

As a former Director at Nepal Leadership Academy and a lecturer in critical thinking and leadership at King’s College, Tara blends academic depth with real-world insights. He is also a long-time meditation practitioner trained under the enlightened Master Siddharth Aulia at Samarthguru Dhara, with over 20 years of dedicated spiritual practice.

Tara holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, Finland, and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College, USA. His work is rooted in a deep commitment to conscious leadership, systems thinking, and purposeful living.
